"I love eating tasty food from anywhere…especially the foods that are authentic to a country and its' region. This passion of eating great food has driven me to cook and experiment with different ingredients, flavours and textures in different countries.
Over the last 22 years in Kirikiriroa,I have had fun preparing and presenting food and beverages of different origin, but since I was born and brought up in New Delhi, India, I wanted to recreate the food I grew up with in my younger days. While in India, whenever my job allowed me to stay at home for long periods of time, I cooked. I travelled extensively to different regions of India to explore and experiment with the dishes of that region and cooked them to my satisfaction once I came back home."
