Linda Rakuraku

In 2010 enrolled in a Korowai class at Rauawaawa in Frankton. After five years our Kaiako decided

to move on, and a few kaumatuas bullied me into taking over the class. 2021 well before the school term started,

Richard Smith called, and asked if I would like to take his place as Kaiako at Fraser High. Met with Dani and started in

2021,no regrets just enjoying the enthusiasm the younger generation show learning the basics of weaving a Korowai.
