About your tutor
I am Linh Nguyen, I am originally from Viet Nam. I have been living in Hamilton for 5 years with my family of 4. I used to work as a high school teacher in Vietnam before moving to New Zealand. My passion for cooking came up when I was a teenager who always ran around the kitchen to give help while my Mum was cooking the meal. And this passion has always followed me up to now when I am in middle age. I’m currently working as a teacher aide at Sacred Heart Girls’ College where I have the opportunity to pursue my desire, learn more about the different cuisines, and present my cuisines.
I look forward to meeting you and sharing with you my cuisine - one of the richest and most diverse in the world.
