About this course
Ki ngaa kaakano kua ruuia mai i Rangiaatea, puta mai ki te wao-tapu-nui-a-Taane! ...
Nau mai and welcome to my beginners course for learning Te Reo Maaori!
This waananga focuses on building our foundational understanding of the Maaori language as a whole, including overarching themes and topics that you can implement in your day to day life. ... My waananga focuses on a more grammatical understanding of the language, as well as learning to understand the "Maaoriness" behind why the language works the way it does. If you can understand the foundations, learning the rest will feel like solving a rubik's cube that's only one colour! If my waananga has piqued your interest, nau mai, haere mai!
