🗓 Weeks 1-2: Introduction & Basic Stick Flow

✅ Introduction to Eskrima: Principles & benefits

✅ Basic stick handling: Grips, stances & safety

✅ Stick flow drills: Single & double-stick patterns, strikes, & defenses

✅ Partner drills: Developing coordination through simple drills


🗓 Weeks 3-4: Footwork Fundamentals

✅ Essential stances, stepping techniques & movement strategies

✅ Integrating footwork with stick strikes & defences

✅ Partner exercises: Enhancing mobility in real-world applications


🗓 Weeks 5-6: Pattern Drills & Reflex Training

✅ Advanced stick patterns to sharpen reflexes & precision

✅ Reaction drills to improve real-time decision-making

✅ Partner reflex drills to simulate real-life scenarios


🗓 Week 7: Translating Stick Movements to Empty-Hand Techniques

✅ Adapt stick techniques for empty-hand defense

✅ Flow drills for smooth and effective movement

✅ Defensive techniques: Blocks, parries, and counters


🗓 Week 8: Real-Life Self-Defense Applications

✅ Scenario-based training: Applying skills in real-world situations
