Join So Fan, a seasoned Chinese cooking instructor with over 12 years of experience at ACE, for a new weekend series starting in 2024. Over three engaging classes, you will learn to create the most popular Chinese dishes she has taught over the years and master essential cooking techniques such as stir-frying, pan-frying, steaming, slicing, and seasoning meats.


So Fan is dedicated to promoting a healthy diet, and all her recipes are MSG-free.
