This class is for you if you have an ADHD diagnosis (or if you believe you probably have ADHD) and you would like to learn some ways to help yourself. It will give you tools to cope better, feel better, and tap into your superpowers. You could call it a beginner’s guide to your ADHD brain! We are all different, so the focus of this class is on finding out what you personally need in order to thrive.

I’ll share ADHD-friendly tips for dealing with practical challenges such as time management, motivation, focus and sleep. You’ll reflect on your own experience, to gain an understanding of how you work, and what works for you. There will be lots of time in class to talk together about each idea, as this is often where the magic happens! And at the end of each class, I’ll invite you to choose a small action or strategy to try out during the week, if you feel like it.

I’m a teacher and coach who was diagnosed with ADHD four years ago. No matter how many well-meaning productivity hacks people gave me, they never seemed to work. Once I started using techniques offered by and for people with ADHD, I became able to actually do what I want to do, most of the time, with a minimum of drifting, distraction and dread. It takes time and effort, but I believe this transformation is possible for you too!

Please note: this class will not cover how to get a formal diagnosis or any aspect of medication.
